I went to my kid's gym (Laf*tne**) because of a promotion. They took my driver's license and then misplaced it when I was leaving. I had travel plans set. I reached out to A. Briggs in LA, and they rushed a passport for me. A courier brought it right to my doorstep in just 4 days—the Sunday night before my big trip. A. Briggs is definitely trustworthy.

For years, I've been on the road for work and have relied on A.Briggs. They were always quick, efficient, affordable, and most importantly, trustworthy. However, CIBT has completely messed things up for A.Briggs. Honestly, what does CIBT even mean? Costly, Incompetent, Broken, Terrible! I spent half an hour chatting with a nice lady named Carla, who told me my colleague's Chinese Visa would cost around $200. I was totally fine with that. But then the final charge came in at a whopping $655.26! I was taken aback and had to call them up. It took me another 30 minutes to dispute the extra charges, and I only got back $219.00, yet I'm still on the hook for more than double what I was initially quoted. I’m done with CIBT for good.

I needed a visa, so I decided to hire A Briggs for a 3-week passport service. It ended up taking them 1 month and 5 days. Meanwhile, my granddaughter applied for her passport at our local county office right after I did and got hers in under 4 weeks. She only spent $80, while I forked out $476 to A Briggs, plus I had to send them a signed document and pay over $30. So, I ended up wasting more than $400 and it took a week longer than expected. I strongly advise against using this service.

For years, I relied on A. Briggs and had solid experiences. But ever since CIBT took over, things have gone south. There are loads of hidden charges, terrible communication, and just plain incompetence. I'm on the verge of canceling a big business trip because their expediter got me a tourist visa instead of the business one I needed, and now they can't return my passport in time. I gotta look for a new service since they've really dropped the ball.

Prior to the buyout, this was a reliable company. Now, there are way too many sneaky fees that feel like they’re just thrown in at the last minute (like that $25 charge in tiny grey font that’s super hard to spot... and even if you notice it, they still hit you with it). I’ve been a customer for years, but in my last two experiences, I got taken advantage of... twice. I’m finished with them.

Abriggs really made the visa application process a breeze. We had a sit-down with them, and they laid out everything we needed. We opted to pay a bit more to speed things up, and it was totally worth it. Our visa arrived quicker than we expected. Definitely recommend!

I was really pressed for time to secure my Brazilian Visa (heading out in under a month) and A Briggs came through with the quickest turnaround thanks to their expedited option. I got my passport back even sooner than I thought and had zero problems with the visa upon landing in Brazil.

The service cost a pretty penny, but I received my visa pretty fast. The only hiccup was with the application process. I tried reaching out and left a voicemail, but nobody got back to me. It was quite worrying not to hear back after sharing my credit card details.

I've been using A Briggs for a good number of years, and I tell all my friends about them. Sure, there are less expensive options for passports and visas, but I haven't come across anything better. The A Briggs site is user-friendly and really simplifies what can be a pretty puzzling process.

I ran into some trouble sending my visa application to the right place. First, I tried NYC, then Washington, DC, but it just wasn’t working out. So, I reached out for help to get it sorted in time for the Atlanta, GA office.

You guys pulled it off in just a few days before I was set to leave. Plus, you even refunded me for the extra I paid for the visa service, which was super nice.

I’d definitely use your service again and will be telling my friends and family about it.

I was a bit hesitant to try this service because of the cost, but you know how it goes in tough times, right? Turns out, they are totally worth it. I had most of my stuff ready to go. On the day I signed up, they cleared up the few questions I had, and by that afternoon, it was already in the mail. When my passport arrived back, I was a little puzzled at first about what they could be sending me. Everything was spot on, no issues at all. Fantastic assistance, fantastic service. If I ever find myself in a jam again, I know exactly who to reach out to.

I had to rely on Abriggs a couple of times because of some tight travel schedules, and both times they delivered my passport and visas ahead of when I needed them! They really understood the quirks of different countries' requirements and knew how to optimize the logistics -- they were a lifesaver for me.

I've relied on ABriggs numerous times over the past few years. Every person I've interacted with has made my visa or passport concern their top priority. I've collaborated with Maggie L. on several occasions, and she's fantastic. We travel abroad often, sometimes with little notice, and ABriggs has consistently delivered our visas promptly. To be honest, I wouldn't consider using any other service.

We've secured visas for nine nations and visited 66 countries, but this was by far the worst experience we've ever had, both with the Indian government process and A Briggs. After countless frustrating attempts to use their website for the application, we had no choice but to head to San Francisco—the closest A Briggs location—to apply in person. We set up an appointment in advance through the NYC office, but when we got to San Francisco, the office was empty. After waiting for over an hour with no sign of anyone, we called the NYC office to voice our concerns. Eventually, someone showed up at the SF office, and we were able to complete the application.

They handle everything on your behalf. I reckon the embassy is familiar with their process. They liaise directly with the government for me. It's totally worth the added expense to let them manage the transaction.
